Hi, I’m Suz elzbieta

i’m your sensual guide

A significant part of my own journey of evolution has to do with sensuality. Often seen as a practice of sexuality, sensuality spans far beyond that. For me, sensuality and sensual practice entails connecting with all of our physical senses as a starting point. This can provide us with a unique and personally-tailored opportunity, not only to unite with our bodies and marry with the present moment, but to build a road map of who we are, what we love, and what we want more of. If I’m piquing your interest, have a look at my sensuality-driven services, and see if you’re ready to take that step with me by your side. I also offer a few different 1-1 sessions focused around sensuality. I also marry sensual practice with herpes advocacy to help revive what might have been lost in the diagnosis of this greatly stigmatized infection.

herpes advocate

When I contracted herpes (HSV2) in 2019, I, like a lot of people who experience this stigmatized diagnosis, thought my dating life was over. Herpes is an incredibly common virus that most of the human population has. It’s not in routine STI testing, and it’s asymptomatic for most. And apart from the fact that for most it only causes a mere skin irritation every once in a while, it needs to be normalized because of the realities around its transmission and screening practices. I can talk about herpes 24/7, if it means helping any single person out there feel better about their virus. The stigma is often based on a lack of education, awareness and tolerance around sexual health and sexuality, and we need to stop assigning STI status to “bad” behaviour. With almost 300k+ followers on Tik Tok, I make an effort to unravel the stigma daily. And if you haven’t seen me there, you might have come across one of my podcast or press appearances. Of course, sensuality plays a key role in overcoming a herpes, or any STI diagnosis — and that’s what me and my sensual practice are here for.

I love to write

I’ve always possessed a natural passion and skill for writing, but I began to take it more seriously when I launched my Instagram account and started to tailor it to unbridled, authentic self-expression. In 2018, my grandfather passed away, bless his soul. What landed in my lap were my great grandmother’s coveted journals. They were filled with the kind of poetry and introspection I’d been exploring myself, and gave me the validation I needed to know this was a true path. In my online posts, I’ve chronicled my journey through self-love, acceptance, expression, and have woven a beautiful, non-linear narrative of my personal evolution. I love inspiring others with my words, and am currently writing a book to bring it all together. If you’re interested in my writing, have a look at my Instagram, and then get in touch with me for any commissioned works, or publishing inquiries.

I’m a creative director / graphic designer

I have over 10 years experience in the industry, hold an Honours Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, and co-founded an award-winning, creative studio in 2009. There I’ve functioned as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Creative Director ever since. My background and career path has gifted me a creative eye that colours everything I do.
